From early morning, the kitchen was full of life. Energy balls being rolled and packed, festive music playing softly in the background, and the comforting smell of festive flavours filling the bakery. Christmas is always hectic here, but it’s also the time when the heart of the bakery really shows.
Joanne, the founder of Absolute Nutrition, was right there in the middle of it all - overseeing preparations, chatting with the team, and soaking up the festive buzz. For her, Christmas in the bakery is busy but deeply rewarding, especially when everything being made is part of someone’s holiday table.
The days leading up to Christmas were non-stop, with the bakery busy from morning till evening and the team working side by side. Despite the long hours, the mood stayed light with plenty of laughter and teamwork.
