We were thrilled to be invited to attend The Powerful Invitational Crossfit Event in Dublin 15 last weekend. Teams came from all over Ireland for this competition and the level of athleticism was insane.
The organisation and time put into this event by David and his team was evident and everyone has a brilliant time. It was our Snack Shack's 2nd outing and we loved every minute.
We fuelled everyone with protein and energy balls, recovery smoothies and of course...coffee! As well as familiar faces we made some pretty cool new friends. Roll on the next year...
